The Chasers are a battle force of the Coalition of Planets that responds to intergalactic threats such as Lord Brevon. Later on, all but one chaser were killed by Brevon himself. The surviving Chaser was Commander Torque.

History
Freedom Planet
Torque serves as a starship commander in the Chasers. When Brevon travels to Avalice to abduct the Kingdom Stone, the starship that Torque served on attacked Brevon's dreadnought in a battle that strands Torque and Brevon's forces on Avalice and claims the life of Torque's captain and apparently the other Chasers which he states to Brevon and the Avalicians.

- It is unknown whether the victimized Chasers (unknown whether revived or not) or more (when still dead) will have an appearance in Freedom Planet 2, &/or be mentioned, or neither.
