Shuigang is one of the Three Major Kingdoms of Avalice (alongside Shang Tu and Shang Mu). Shuigang's current ruler is Dail, formerly his father, who was killed by Lord Brevon in the opening cutscene of Freedom Planet.^[1]

Trivia

The name of the city, "Shuigang", comes from Chinese (水港), meaning "water port".
Green is the national color of Shuigang.
It is rumored that the Shuigang Palace was meant to be a Spade exclusive level before his DLC got cut. The details about how this would fit into the story are currently unknown.
